I gotta say, her face reads a little manly to me...it might be the relative hardness of the linework around the face, the wide chin or the heavy shadow on the crease outside of her lip. I read once that the more lines you add to a woman's face, the older and less attractive she appears, and that seems to be the case here.

The body is good, although I'm not a big fan of the breasts either, or that elbow of hers. I think overall you could stand to soften up a bit when it comes to drawing women.

YEah I know about the "more lines" thing, theres just a heavy light source on the right and thats why the shadows are so strong on her right(our left) and some parts of the face will be in shadow like the corner of her lips/cheek. But it was tough drawing her because of the transition, before her i did 5 guys so I have to loosen up. And the boobs are my little thing, I really dont like the perfectly "round" breasts in comics cause its not real. I want my boobies to look like this [link]
